Description of Event: We will further develop and expand the themes of releasing and receiving introduced in December 2023, and stances which help us welcome Eternity into our hearts. Also, we will reflect on how our contemplative prayer and way of being in the world affect our posture, choices and actions. Our day will have a contemplative pace, incorporating silent prayer along with periods of quiet reflection and small group sharing.

Participation in the December 2023 Retreat is not necessary.

Kathy McFaul currently works at a non-profit agency which works to end poverty and homelessness. She also provides spiritual direction and retreat facilitation and is a staff person for Stewards of the Mystery, a Spiritual Direction Training Program. She was a member of the Spirituality Ministry Team at the Monastery of St. Gertrude in Cottonwood, Idaho, where she facilitated retreats and offered spiritual direction. Previously, she represented low-income clients as an attorney practicing Public Interest Law.
